Landon made homemade lasagna (with Emma's help) on Thursday evening. He used a recipe from Everyday Foods, on PBS. He even bought, peeled, and pureed fresh tomatoes for the sauce. It was amazing! 
Friday night, Landon made Pork Carnitas from a recipe on America's Test Kitchen, also on PBS. This pork was better than any authentic Mexican pork we've had around here. Incredible! How lucky am I?

Is there a website to that...I have been looking at Emily's and doing a lot of them...anytime I can find a new place to get recipes!!! That taco looks really good...even though it has pork on it!
I hate tacos but I could eat those--so yummy looking.
