Saturday we went to the Fremont County Fair. These local fairs are really small, rural, and all about the animals. We ate a free sloppy joe lunch compliments of the sheriff's department, and the girls rode a homemade train made of welded barrels, pulled behind a 4-wheeler.

Kristen came to visit for a few days, so here's Lauren and Landon swinging Oliviana between them.

We ran into Brian and Karen Loosli (my brother's wife's brother). Their son, Mark, was showing a red angus steer and selling it at the livestock auction. We were so excited to get up close and personal with a real animal. Brian must have thought we were crazy.

All aboard the the redneck train.

Kids playing in corn. This is the redneck version of a sandbox.
